How you heard of the Secret of the Rich? The true secret to become more successful in life

Working out is one of the untold secret of the rich, studies show that 55% of the of the most wealthy working out 2-3 times a week. Did you know it can even improve your mood, and lower your stress, lower anxiety, improve and self confidence. And let just forget about all the other health benefits!

I am well read on the topic of human development, the fact that working out, with eating healthy, and mediation will improve you as a person. This will improve you in general health, mental health, and make you the most you can be.

Personally speaking, they are 3 things you can do to make you a better person and achieve more. Work on the physical (Working out, eating healthy, and making you are getting enough sleep) the secondly work on yourself mentally (learning, knowledge, mediation, positive affirmations) and the third is work on yourself spiritually many think to do this you have to belong to a religious organization. I personally know there is other ways  to connected to the Creator. (mediation is one that can do double duty, law of attraction, prayers, and finally magic. There is anything wrong with magic as long as it used for the better meant of human kind or higher  connecting to the Creator.

I am a personally example of this movement, I go to the gym 4-5 times a week, I do meditation regularly, eat  healthy. I do preform law of attraction and pray. I do my rituals regularly, I do this for spiritual development and to attract success and money to me. Yes, money has came to me not directly but indirectly. So, my life has improved. Following a job in technology based field, but still doing a job function I don't care for much. I  have my performance reviews has dramatically improved, the job function is still draining. But I am much  better equipped to handle it, now then before. Doing this will not give instant results all results take time. You just have to have belief
in the process and in yourself.

Going Green Will Save Some Green: Stop using toxic cleaning product and learn to make your own cleaning products for penny’s on the dollar.

Micro Fiber Cleaning Cloths & Steam Cleaning
I personal use microfiber cleaning cloths, to do the majority of my house cleaning and for the disaffecting part of the cleaning I will use the handheld steam cleaner and I have floor steam cleaner for the floors in my home as well.  The combination does a great cleaning job without all the chemicals and toxins. How much will you use save without having to buy all those cleaning products? How better off your long-term health will be without being exposed to all these toxic chemicals?

MOLD KILLERS Tea Tree Treasure Nothing natural works for mold and mildew as well as this spray. I’ve used it successfully on a moldy ceiling from a leaking roof, on a musty bureau, a musty rug, and a moldy shower curtain. Tea tree oil is expensive, but a little goes a very long way. Note that the smell of tea tree oil is very strong, but it will dissipate in a few days. 2 teaspoons tea tree oil 2 cups water Combine in a spray bottle, shake to blend, and spray on problem areas. Do not rinse. Makes two cups. Vinegar Spray Straight vinegar reportedly kills 82 percent of mold. Pour some white distilled vinegar straight into a spray bottle, spray on the moldy area, and let set without rinsing if you can put up with the smell. It will dissipate in a few hours. Read more:

VINEGAR DEODORIZER Keep a clean spray bottle filled with straight 5 percent vinegar in your kitchen near your cutting board and in your bathroom and use them for cleaning. I often spray the vinegar on your cutting board before going to bed at night, and don’t even rinse but let it sit overnight. The smell of vinegar dissipates within a few hours. Straight vinegar is also great for cleaning the toilet rim. Just spray it on and wipe off. Read more:

FURNITURE POLISH 1/2 teaspoon oil, such as olive (or jojoba, a liquid wax) 1/4 cup vinegar or fresh lemon juice Mix the ingredients in a glass jar. Dab a soft rag into the solution and wipe onto wood surfaces. Cover the glass jar and store indefinitely. Read more about alternative furniture polish here. Read more:

ALL-PURPOSE SPRAY CLEANER 1/2 teaspoon washing soda A dab of liquid soap 2 cups hot tap water Combine the ingredients in a spray bottle and shake until the washing soda has dissolved. Apply and wipe off with a sponge or rag. Read more:

OVEN CLEANER 1 cup or more baking soda Water A squirt or two of liquid detergent Sprinkle water generously over the bottom of the oven, then cover the grime with enough baking soda that the surface is totally white. Sprinkle some more water over the top. Let the mixture sit overnight. You can easily wipe up the grease the next morning because the grime will have loosened. When you have cleaned up the worst of the mess, dab a bit of liquid detergent or soap on a sponge, and wash the remaining residue from the oven. If this recipe doesn’t work for you it is probably because you didn’t use enough baking soda and/or water. Read more

WINDOW CLEANER 1/4-1/2 teaspoon liquid detergent 3 tablespoons vinegar 2 cups water Spray bottle Put all the ingredients into a spray bottle, shake it up a bit and use as you would a commercial brand. The soap in this recipe is important. It cuts the wax residue from the commercial brands you might have used in the past. Read more

CREAMY SOFT SCRUBBER simply pours about 1/2 cup of baking soda into a bowl, and add enough liquid detergent to make a texture like frosting. Scoop the mixture onto a sponge, and wash the surface. This is the perfect recipe for cleaning the bathtub because it rinses easily and doesn’t leave grit. Note: Add 1 teaspoon of vegetable glycerin to the mixture and store in a sealed glass jar, to keep the product moist. Otherwise just make as much as you need at a time. Next: How to make WINDOW CLEANER Read more:

All natural antiperspirant & deodorant
I found an inexpensive all-natural way to prevent underarm odor. In fact, works great, and I think to work better than my commercial deodorant. It's the old fashion Arm & Hammer (Baking Soda) Mix with equal amounts of cornstarch! You got it baking soda, to remove the order and cornstarch to keep you dry. This combo will cost less than $2.00 can easily last over a year.  I know I was worried about the chemicals in my deodorant, I was resistant to go to an all natural product and pay $6 per stick! Now, I can do both at a great price too and 100% natural too.

All natural whiting toothpaste
I found a natural way to keep my teeth white without spending allot for those expensive tubes of toothpaste and remove the harmful toxin fluoride, and other chemicals from a system. Simply mix a little bit of Arm & Hammer (Baking Soda) with hydrogen peroxide to form a paste. Now, you have a teeth cleaning and whiting machine.Once again less than $2.00 and will last months, not weeks.

Solar Lights to save on energy bill
I have a friend who used her Solar Lights inside the house at night when
the electric power went off during a hurricane. She stuck them in jars and
bottles and said they gave off plenty of 'free light' in each room. She put
them outside in the daytime and brought them back inside at night for
several days while the power was off. They are safe to use and cheaper than
batteries. She recommended we bring a Solar Light into our own house one
night to test it for ourselves.

Due to a thunderstorm, we lost power for about 5 hours one night. We were
scrambling around in the darkness, looking for matches, candles, and
flashlights. Then we looked outside and noticed our Solar Lights shining
brightly all around the patio, stairs & dock. My wife walked outside and
brought several of the solar lights inside. We stuck the Solar Light pipes
into plastic drink bottles and they made the nicest, brightest, safest,
lighting you could imagine. We put one in the bathroom, one in the kitchen
and in the living room.

There many types of Solar Lights available. We bought quite a few and put
them all around our yard. They look nice and do not attract flying bugs
like the outdoor lights around our doorway. The lights we have fit into
20-oz. water bottles and also fit into most larger 2 liter bottles. If you
need a weight in the plastic bottle to keep them from tipping over, put in
a few of the colorful flat marbles they put in aquariums and vases. You can
also use sand, aquarium gravel, or whatever you have available.

The Solar Lights we have are perfect inside our home. They burn all night
when needed and next day we take them back outside where they recharge and
are ready for use again when needed. Solar Lights are the perfect light
solution for power outages. I had never thought of it before seeing what my
friend did, and now you know about this idea too. Read more:
